Requirements Discussion

We'll discuss your requirements in detail and create a comprehensive scope document covering:

• Point-wise project requirements
• Type of development (Mobile / Web / AI)
• Timeline estimation
• Approximate cost breakdown

Project Finalization

Once the scope document is finalized and you're satisfied with the proposal, we'll ask for an advance payment to begin development.

Communication Setup

We'll set up your preferred channel for updates during development:

• Discord (preferred)
• WhatsApp
• Upwork Messenger
• Slack
• Other platforms as needed

Web Development Hosting

Static websites: We can host free using reliable free hosting providers.

Dynamic websites: Frontend can use free platforms; backend with FastAPI or Django REST Framework on free or paid hosts. We'll recommend the best fit for your needs.

Mobile App Development

Android: Google Play Store publishing, or APK releases for limited/internal use.

iOS: Apple App Store publishing following Apple guidelines.

Domain Management

Mobile apps: A domain is required for Android and iOS builds, including APK releases.

Web: Domain is optional but strongly recommended. We help choose, purchase, and configure domains.

Additional Work

Any work requested after the scope document is finalized is charged separately. We discuss extra costs before proceeding — transparent pricing always.
