2. What we collect and why

2.1 Website analytics — Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4, tag G-04TWRHD7JL) to understand how visitors use this site. GA4 collects:

  • Pages visited, time on page, and referral source
  • Click events — WhatsApp, phone, email, and Get Started button clicks
  • Device type, browser, and country (no precise location)
  • Anonymised IP address (last octet masked)

Data is processed by Google LLC under the Google Privacy Policy. GA4 sets first-party cookies (_ga, _ga_*) that persist for up to 2 years. You can opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or by disabling cookies in your browser settings.

2.2 Enquiry form — Google Forms

Our Get Started form is hosted by Google Forms. When you submit it, Google Forms collects the information you enter (name, email address, and project details). That data is stored by Google LLC and shared with us solely to follow up on your enquiry. We do not share it with any third party for marketing purposes.

2.3 Direct contact

If you contact us by email, WhatsApp, or phone, we retain that correspondence to respond to your enquiry and to manage our business relationship with you.

3. Advertising

We may use Google Ads and Meta (Facebook / Instagram) Ads to promote our services. These platforms may set their own cookies to measure ad performance and show relevant ads to people who have visited our site. No personal data from your enquiry is shared with ad platforms. You can manage ad preferences via Google Ad Settings and Meta Ad Preferences.

4. Cookies

This site currently sets only analytics cookies via Google Analytics 4:

  • _ga — distinguishes unique visitors (expires 2 years)
  • _ga_* — stores session state (expires 2 years)

We do not set login, session, or advertising cookies ourselves. When Meta Pixel or LinkedIn Insight Tag are activated, this section will be updated to include their cookies (_fbp, fr for Meta; li_*, lidc for LinkedIn) and this policy will be revised accordingly.

5. Data retention

We have set analytics data retention to 14 months in GA4 (the platform default is 2 months). Enquiry and contact data is kept for as long as the business relationship is active and deleted promptly on request.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. To make a request, email [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Grievance officer (India — DPDP Act 2023)

In accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, complaints or grievances relating to the processing of your personal data may be directed to:
